Tuesday was to be the rest day. Alas...
only one of us appeared to understand the meaning of the word. Mark spent the day horizontal only geting up to eat and attend to bodily functions. The rest took a trip north up the coast to Mareira for a coffee and cake. Some 40 miles and 600 meters of climbing later 4 tired souls returned to Albir for more coffee. On the way we were overtaken by group one of the Dave Lloyd camp. All in tight formation and chatting away. I shall leave it to you readers to imagine what we looked like. Did the day work?
